Patties of mixed ground beef with the addition of beet
Mixed beef and beets. The meatballs are soft, tender and tasty. Good with vegetables. I often make cakes like these. If you cook a lot of rice or mashed potatoes, use leftovers in the chicken... to save. Don't use eggs in burgers. Bun - very rarely, only if there is no rice or semolina.

Cook the beef patties. To a mixed of minced meat, add chopped onion, boiled rice (leftover from a side dish) will be used instead of bread, potatoes, finely grated (instead of eggs), boiled grated beets (left over from the salad), garlic (little), pepper, salt and carefully pour the water.
