Layer cake with pumpkin
Very simple, quick and delicious recipe. Of course, you can substitute the pumpkin for carrot. Well, this is at your discretion. For the recipe thanks to Lena Sokurov.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    500 g

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Jam

    50 g

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater.

Take the dough ready. I had 2 rolls. One unfolded, not rolling, right with a paper sheet put on. Put on top of our pumpkin, the edges leave the place and top with a spoon spread the jam or marmalade thick I had Apple. And sprinkle with brown sugar.

Another layer of dough cut into a special cushion and cover the filling (worked with a roller the first time, so in some places uneven.. but I think you'll forgive me..). From above we cover with egg. Put in a preheated 180*C oven for 30 minutes. Ready cake sprinkle with powdered sugar.
