Pork steak in peanut sauce
Choosing this recipe, I focused on the delicious name and availability of ingredients. But as it turned out upon closer examination - the recipe awkward. So I replaced all the proportions and the dish turned out decent! The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Maranta called "Pork in peanut sauce" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Vegetable oil

    30 ml

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    200 ml

  • Walnuts

    1 cup

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Vinegar

    5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

All the necessary ingredients.

In the pan to properly heat the oil. Steaks sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides (on request, meat can be a little discourage).

Fry the steaks on both sides until Golden brown and add white wine, in which simmer the meat for about 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes in the pan, add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste and cinnamon. And on a small fire stew until the meat is cooked (if necessary topped up with hot water).

While the meat is stewed, prepare the sauce. In a blender grind the walnuts with garlic and wine vinegar. When the meat is ready, add this mixture to the pan and mix well.
