Cooking
This set of products we required for cooking the rolls.

Divide the dough into small pieces, I turned out 12 pieces. Shape muffin-balls. Lightly press them on top. Again cover with a cloth and leave for a detuning of 30 minutes.
The baking pan cover baking paper or silicone Mat. Put it on buns. Spread the buns with a brush with the beaten egg. On top sprinkle with optional sesame seeds (white or black), sunflower seeds, they especially love children. Place baking sheet in a preheated 180 degree oven to bake for 30-35 minutes.
