Cooking

step-0
Form for the oven 15 x 21 cm (I took 2 small). Dough: sift the flour into a bowl, add the diced cold butter, salt and 3/4 of the egg (leave a quarter to grease the top). To knead by hand until the dough is homogeneous, roll into a ball and refrigerate for half an hour.
step-1
Peel the potatoes, rinse, put in a saucepan, cover with cold salted water and cook until soft. Drain, cook mashed potatoes, adding cream and butter. Put the potatoes on the bottom of the form, allow to cool. Mushrooms thoroughly wash, dry with a cloth. Cut into slices 1.5 cm Heat oil in a frying pan, add the onion, mushrooms and chicken, sprinkle with salt and fry on high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the ingredients are lightly Golden. Pour in the stock and soy sauce, season with ground black pepper. Bring to the boil and cook for about 5 minutes, until chicken and mushrooms are soft and the sauce has evaporated almost completely. If sauce is too much drain excess. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. On top of potatoes put slices of cheese, then a layer of mushrooms with chicken, cheese again. Roll out thinly the dough, folded it several times again, roll out the size of the form. Put on top of cheese, podotknul the edges inward. The top coat with the egg. Pierce in several places to release steam.
step-2
Bake for about half an hour or until cooked – fried to brown. Very tasty, hearty and festive!
