Cupcake
I want to share with you the recipe of a tasty cupcake. Bake it pretty quickly and just as quickly eaten.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    240 ml

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    140 g

  • Sour cream

    200 ml

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Jam

  • Coconut shavings

Here's the cocoa powder I used.

All the ingredients (except jam and chips) mix until smooth (with a mixer or in a food processor). The batter should be like thick cream. If you do not get this consistency, so you need to add a bit more flour.

The dough pour in a greased form and bake until ready. At t 170-180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes (baking time will vary for different ovens). The willingness to test a match (or toothpick).

Now take any jam (I had cherry) and well lubricated still WARM cupcake.
