Cooking
Here's the cocoa powder I used.
All the ingredients (except jam and chips) mix until smooth (with a mixer or in a food processor). The batter should be like thick cream. If you do not get this consistency, so you need to add a bit more flour.
The dough pour in a greased form and bake until ready. At t 170-180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes (baking time will vary for different ovens). The willingness to test a match (or toothpick).
Warm cupcake overturn on a dish. Here is a cupcake we got. In principle, it is possible to eat and such... but...
Now take any jam (I had cherry) and well lubricated still WARM cupcake.
And sprinkle with coconut flakes or grated white chocolate. Sprinkle not only the cake, but the dish itself. Doing something like fallen snow.
