Cooking
Prepare foods wash the Meat, remove membranes and fat, cut into cubes (1 x 1 cm) potato peel, cut into cubes (like meat).
Mushrooms, onions and carrots wash, peel and chop (or grate on a fine/medium grater), sauté until soft.
The meat is fried in a small amount of olive oil for about 10 minutes (so the red meat was not seen), in the process of roasting add salt and spices. If you like a crust, do not cover the pan with a lid.
Put them in the pot first with the potatoes, then the mixture of mushrooms-carrots-onions on top of meat. Pour in pots of hot water, pre-salt the water to taste. Put in the oven for 40-60 minutes, depending on the meat (pork - 60 min, rabbit - 40 min.), temperature set to 180 degrees.
