Pie with chanterelles
A delicious pie!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Red onion

    2 piece

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Parsley

  • Dry white wine

    125 ml

  • Sour cream

    125 g

  • Cream

    125 g

  • Crumb bread

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Mushrooms, cover with cold water and leave for 30 minutes in order to soak all sorts of leaves, blades of grass and washed sand.

Meanwhile, prepare the dough. Flour, ProSeal slide, add a pinch of salt, butter and egg yolks. Knead, roll into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
