Very fast simple yet delicious puffs of flaky pastry... filled with melting cheese and rich flavored bacon... nothing more... one continuous pleasure!!!

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    1 kg

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Ham

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Cut cubes of cheese and ham.

The stuffing mix.

Detachable single layer of dough and roll out very thin.

On another layer add the filling.

Attach the edges with the bottom dough, leaving a notched part. Then tails them in the opposite direction. Lubricates the beaten egg.

Bake until Golden brown, I baked 15 minutes...
