Gather ingredients. I must say that I took more than the quantities listed in the recipe.
Milk to heat. Mix the milk, eggs, salt, pepper, parsley, flour – the dough should have a pancake consistency.
In a well heated pan to bake pancakes.
Separately, finely chop ham.
Grate cheese.
Boil eggs and cut into slices.
For each pancake put a ham......ketchup...
...circle... eggs ...cheese...
To collapse the envelope.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. In another put the breadcrumbs. Each pancake to coat with egg, roll in bread crumbs. Fry in vegetable oil.
