Vegetable tart with pudding and grapes
Bright, tasty and juicy homemade cake will delight your family, especially if you are fasting. The combination of crispy dough, covered with a light vanilla pudding with coconut milk, is fantastic. And to complete the cake you can use any fruits and berries, I stopped at the grapes.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    140 g

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Flour

    230 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Coconut milk

    400 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Pudding vanilla

    1 pack

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 pack

  • Grapes

    1 sprig

Margarine with sugar and salt put in a blender.

Sift the flour.

Grind until until the dough begins to gather into a ball.
