Skewers (my version)
Spring has come - the time for festivities in nature and how, this time without the barbecue? Each have their own version of making it, but I suggest your. Very tasty skewers, juicy and tender, without a drop of vinegar. Try it and you will like it! :-)

Ingredients

  • Pork

    2 kg

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    10 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    2 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    1 pack

Cooking

Boneless pork, cut into chunks roughly the same size and folded in a container in which the barbecue is to marinate (best if the capacity is larger than the amount of meat).

Onion peel and cut into rings.

To the pork add the chopped onions, soy sauce, juice of one lemon, mix well. Add the pepper, stir again and then mayonnaise (I prefer to use olive mayonnaise).

Mix well. I marinated the kebab in the evening if the next day is going to fry during this time he is well marinated.

Continue as usual: to build a fire in the grill, wait until the embers begin to smolder, thread meat alternately with onion on skewers until tender.
