Make the breadcrumbs, cut bread into crumbs and add grated on a fine grater cheese.
Bread washed and dried the legs first in flour, seasoned with salt and pepper, then in egg, beaten with milk, then in mixture of bread crumbs and cheese. The breading should fit snugly to the meat. Fold the breaded legs in refractory form and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Melt butter and vegetable oil. Pour the legs and pop them into the oven. Below the legs are not burnt, in the form it is preferably slightly lubricated with oil.
Bake the feet on the upper level of the oven for 30-35 minutes, turning twice.
