Cooking
Soak the prunes in boiling water.
Meat cut into cubes. Onion cut into quarters rings.
Onions fry in oil until Golden brown. Add the meat. Fry over high heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Close the pan with a lid, reduce the flame and another 15-20 minutes.
Prunes cut into oblong pieces. Add to the meat. Salt. Pepper. Sprinkle with herbs. And add a spoon of pomegranate syrup. Mix everything and simmer with the lid open for 10 more minutes.
Try the meat with a wooden stick. Should be soft and tender. Add a teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix up and switch off. Great side dish to serve vegetables. Not eat together with the language!!
