Potato gratin with chicken liver and mushrooms
After the audit of the products in the fridge revealed: a little chicken liver, mashed potatoes, cream of mushroom, and that of these ingredients has turned out unexpectedly delicious casserole.

Ingredients

  • Mashed potatoes

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Chicken liver

    400 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Flour

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Refractory form of grease with vegetable oil and the average thickness of the layer put mashed potatoes.

Chicken liver fry with 1/2 part onion, diced, salt.

To lay out liver mashed potatoes.

Add another layer of potatoes.

Mushrooms fry with the other half of the onion.

Pour the cream, boil down the sauce until it thickens, if necessary add 1/2 tbsp flour and mix thoroughly, add salt.

Put the mushroom sauce on mashed potatoes.

Beat eggs with 1 tbsp flour.

Pour casserole egg mass and put bake in the oven until Golden brown, if desired, sprinkle with cheese. Bon appetit!
