Broccoli baked
Broccoli baked with sauce "Bechamel". Dish for the microwave.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    400 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Curry

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Ingredients.

Put the broccoli, not frozen, directly into the microwave safe container, cover with a lid and cook at receipt (full power) 7 minutes, once or twice during the cooking time gently stir. If cabbage is not frozen, as I have enough 5 minutes.

Ready broccoli disassemble on inflorescences smaller, spread in a baking dish greased with butter.

Melt butter at RM 40 seconds. Add to it the flour. Flour parboil for 30 seconds at PM. Carefully, while stirring, pour in milk and cook 3 minutes at receipt, stirring every minute.

If the sauce is too thick, you can dilute natural yoghurt or milk. Add curry and salt.

Pour the cabbage sauce.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and sent in the microwave.

Cook 5 minutes at PM.
