Zucchini RUB on a small grater, let stand for five minutes and squeeze out the liberated juice (without fanaticism). Carrots and garlic RUB on a small grater. Finely chop the onion or grate on a coarse grater.

Add the egg, paprika, spices to taste, cheese, grated on a fine grater, and soy sauce TM Kikkoman. Mix thoroughly.

Once "dough" is ready, you should immediately begin to fry, as the zucchini will begin to extract the juice. Spread on pan in 1 tbsp of dough and on the pan with a spoon to trim the edges, forming a cutlet. Fry the meatballs in vegetable oil on both sides until done (until Golden brown). Cakes turn out tender, so you need to turn carefully. Vegetable patties with cheese ready. I like both hot and cold.
