Cooking
Apples peel, cut in half, remove the core.
Mix 750 ml of water with lemon juice and brown sugar, put in the syrup the apples and cook on medium heat for 12-14 minutes.
Then remove apples with a slotted spoon and let the syrup drain out.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Roll out the dough.
Place on greaseproof paper, cut with paper into 6 rectangles.
Rectangles to put into molds for baking. On the dough put half of the apples.
Whisk the yolks with 3 tbsp of water and brush over the the edges of the dough. Put in the oven for 14 minutes.
Apricot jam, wipe through a sieve and mix with Calvados (Apple brandy). In the oven, increase the temperature to 225 degrees. Remove Apple tarts and brush them with jam. Put in the oven for another 3-4 minutes, then remove and leave to cool.
Very tasty serve with sour cream!
From the remnants of dough you can bake puff pastry, brush them with yolk, apricot jam or sprinkle with brown sugar.
