Pollock with Sicilian sauce
Today is a big holiday - the Annunciation, when the Post allowed to fish, fish is allowed on palm Sunday, which in 2017 is celebrated on 9 April. I offer you a very simple recipe for flavorful fish, which is rapidly prepared from the available products. Even my husband, who has not eaten Pollock 35 years, since graduating from the military College, because there was a zakormlen that fish of a lifetime, and appreciated. The recipe can be prepared with any non-bony white fish: perch, cod, etc.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

  • Tomato

    400 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Water

Fish clean, cut into large pieces, sprinkle with a mixture of freshly-ground pepper, pour soy sauce, I sauce TM Kikkoman.

Small cubes cut the onion and garlic. Take a frying pan or skillet, pour vegetable oil and fry the onion for a couple minutes until transparent.

Put diced potatoes and cut in half olives. I got stuffed chilli pepper. Fry the vegetables for another 2 minutes.

Add grated tomatoes, hot water, salt. Lot of salt do not put, as the olives are salty fish and salty soy sauce. Simmer the sauce on low heat with closed lid for 10 minutes until thick.
