Cooking
Convenient to take the slices of ham, since we need enough thin slices. Boil the rice according to package instructions and cool. I used rice amber TM Mistral.
Grate the cheese on a standard coarse grater, finely chop the parsley leaves or Your favorite greens, sliced boiled eggs. Combine rice, cheese, herbs and eggs.
Add the yogurt or sour cream. I used low-fat natural yoghurt without additives. Mix well. The stuffing is ready, taste and adjust for salt if desired, add spices. I was preparing a dish based on the child and add anything did not.
Put the filling on a slice of ham and roll a roll. I was comfortable forming roll in the hand.
The edges of the ham I got to the junction. After cooking, the edges nearly broke, literally on 1 mm, but the filling will not come out, and does not leak. The next day I made the rolls, making the edges overlap, it turned out great too!
Grease a baking sheet or a baking dish and put the rolls seam down. I greased the top rolls also oil. I used coconut oil. To enable the heating of the oven 200°.
I baked the rolls for 5 minutes in preheated oven on 200°, then 5 minutes top grill, then turned off the oven and leaving the rolls for another 5 minutes. You can just bake for about 10 minutes.
Serve the rolls warm with greens, fresh vegetables or anything you want! But, seeing that the grandmother was taking pictures, crying bitter tears and demanded its presence in the frame and ham roll!
