Cooking
First you need to soak the poppy. To do this, pour boiling water, cover and leave for an hour or two.
In a large bowl, combine the milk (water), eggs, sugar, salt, sunflower oil. Stir with a whisk.
To mass add the flour and carefully stir. The batter should be without lumps.
One third of the dough to pour into another container, add the cocoa, stir and pour in either a cooking bag or in a plastic bottle with a hole in the lid (as in my case), so basically, what you may wish to "draw" patterns.
On warmed pan, greased with a few drops of sunflower oil, pour a shallow ladle of white dough on this surface quickly "draw" a black test the desired figure. Fry on medium heat for about a minute on each side.
The side with the drawing is not to roast, to see the contrast! Each hot pancake with a little butter.
Mac gently drain, carefully grind with sugar and 1 tbsp boiling water in a blender for about 5 minutes. Weight should be neither dry nor liquid. 1 tbsp. of the filling spread to the edge of the finished pancake. On the white side of it! Top pritrusit coconut.
Fold rolls, beautifully cut diagonally in half.
Decorate with berries or fruit, or mint.
