Description
These simple and delicious fish cakes with the addition of cod liver can be eaten hot or cold, but you can still make them a sandwich for a snack.

Cooking
Cod fillet grind in a blender.
Cod liver oil to drain from the oil, chop and add to fish. There also add chopped parsley, black pepper and salt. Salt be careful, as the liver of cod is already salty.
Add to the minced egg, stir. Formed into small patties (easy to do this with wet hands) and breaded them in breadcrumbs.
Fry the patties in hot oil on medium heat, both sides, until fully cooked.
