Chicken lightly fried with 2 sides, so that the skin has acquired a Golden-brown color.
Simmer in beer for 5 minutes.
Add orange juice, orange zest, pepper.
Simmer the chicken in beer and orange mixture until tender.
In the process of extinguishing add the paprika and salt.
Olives release from bone and cut in half.
Olives roll in flour and add to the chicken.
Stew until it lightly thickens. If the sauce a little, or it's very thick add a little water.
When serving, sprinkle fresh or dried Basil. Serve fried potatoes.
