Cooking
Chicken wash, remove skin and bone chicken and cut into portion pieces. Starch pour in the dish, also add salt, mix well. In a pan pour oil and heat. Chicken fillet roll in cornstarch and fry until Golden brown. Transfer to a bowl.
Crush the garlic. Put in heated pan. Fry.
Add the tomato paste. Add curry, chili, ginger and soy sauce.
With pineapple, drain the juice and add to the pan. Add to the pan the chicken pieces, you can pour a little juice from canned pineapple and cook, stirring constantly, 7 minutes. To taste add if needed some more spices or soy sauce and, if necessary, a little salt.
