Once in Russia cooked pea jelly, vegetable oil poured, sprinkled onion, in pieces cut, was selling in the market.

Cooking
Take the peas. You can lightly fry in a pan.
Grind into flour in any convenient way - in a coffee grinder, processor...
Fill with water, stir and put on fire. Stirring CONSTANTLY, bring to a boil, diminish the heat to low and, continuing to stir, cook until thick. It is advisable to cook in a pan with non-stick bottom.
At the end of cooking do not forget to salt.
Spread the finished pea jelly in any form or portioned molds, greased with vegetable oil.
