Oh, Prague! I love you easily, sadly and forever. Though in the Arsenal of words, I guess words are thinner and true, But the one with the left hand, Holy arm in man, As beating as she was bored!.. And nothing to do with her... Dear cooks! Offer You one of the most delicious recipes of Czech cuisine! This is a very easy recipe, but be transformed sausages! What flavor! If You were in the Homeland of Kafka... and I want under this wonderful dish to my Cup Gambrinus "resene" :)

Ingredients

  • Sausages

    6 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Ketchup

    4 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Beer

    1 cup

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Here's what you need to experience in Prague :) Beer and sausages :)

I bought several types of sausages: chicken, veal and pork. Sausages must be fried in sunflower oil, then add grated carrot and chopped onion. Fry until Golden brown.

Then add beer to cover sausage, ketchup, chili, pepper, mustard, and salt to taste. Simmer over low heat for 20 - 30 min.

Sausage out onto a plate. I decorated the salad and sweet pepper - similar to the way she served us this dish in Prague. Pour the sauce in a separate bowl, it is delicious and thick. And even beer from the fridge got.

It is very tasty, though :) with a cold beer... and instead of bread I have Focaccia.
