This book presents selected recipes culinary arts 38 peoples from all over the world. This recipe for potato stuck in our family for a long time and, oddly enough, he refers to the cuisine of the Central American countries.

We need very simple ingredients...
Boil potatoes and mash. Add butter, beaten eggs, onion and finally the cheese cubes. Mashed potatoes, salt and pepper.
