Beet-garlic sticks
Can be used instead of bread as a snack to beer. And the kids will color and taste.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    700 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Margarine

    40 g

  • Vegetable oil

    40 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Beets

    100 g

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Sesame

Boil the beets and grate with garlic mashed potatoes-shaped mass on the small grater or grind in a blender.

Knead the dough: Flour, yeast, dry milk, salt, sugar mix well. Melt margarine, mix with one egg, the vegetable oil and add in the dry part. Gradually introduce beet-garlic mass. The dough should not be tight (not like a dumpling), and a little bland. Give the dough a few times to get up. When it ceases to stick to hands, the dough is ready.

When the dough is ready, roll out into a rectangular formation. Cut into long strips and each side to make the notches.
