Cottage cheese donuts with poppy seeds
I want to share with You, the cooks, the recipe is wonderful, ruddy doughnuts from dough with the addition of poppy seeds. Lush, Golden, delicious and absolutely not greasy. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    400 ml

  • Cheese

    350 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

  • Vanilla

    0.25 tsp

  • Mac

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

In a deep Cup put the cheese, beat the eggs, add the sugar, vanilla, Mac. Mix well.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift. Add 2 admission to the cheese-egg mixture. Knead soft, pliable dough.

To roll the balls using a small amount of flour to be molded. From this amount of dough makes 20 doughnuts.

Reheat in a deep fryer or in a deep dish vegetable oil and fry the donuts (5-6 pieces) at a time.

Fry the donuts until Golden brown and fully cooked. Spread on paper towel to remove excess fat.
