Cooking
So, take white bread (or loaf), cut him a crust and spread in a baking dish, greased with vegetable oil. The bread should be enough to close the bottom of the form (initially, I used whole pieces, and then closed the "holes" pieces). It would be better to use a split mold, but I was busy so I took rectangular.
Now prepare the filling. Well, beat in a blender the cream cheese, cheese, egg, parsley, garlic, pepper and salt (last 4 ingredients according to your taste).
Spread the curd in the form of bread and top and cover with slices of bread. Grease bread layer of vegetable oil and put in the oven for 20-30 minutes at about 200 t*With
While that's happening, we're doing tomatoes. Tomatoes wash and remove the skin (first fill them with boiling water for a few seconds, and then put it in cold water, and peel off without problems), cut into cubes. Tomatoes, salt, pepper, add chopped Basil + 2 tbsp vegetable oil and mix well.
