Description
Frankly, I am very cautious about the combination of meat with fruit - I don't like sweet notes in the meat... But there are exceptions! In this recipe I fell in love for a very very long time, cooked rare because the dish is not on every day - still a bit unusual (and my husband is in the food conservative, exotics rarely complain)) ). But it's very tasty! And not sweet! Meat with kiwi and wine - simply amazing! Cooked very quickly! A recipe from ancient-ancient "Lisa".

Cooking
Kiwi and onion peel, cut small cubes. If you use fresh orange juice, squeeze it from the oranges.
In a pan melt the butter and saute the onions until transparent.
To the onions add the wine and orange juice, ovarium. Uvarivaetsja quickly, almost all the liquid is evaporated and absorbed into the onions. Season with sugar, salt, black and red pepper.
Add kiwi fruit, stir, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Chunks of pork lightly beat off, salt, pepper and fry on both sides in vegetable oil (in another pan), for 4 min. on each side. Until ready!
Meat from the pan. In the roasting juice pour the broth, bring to boil and enter a thickener (better to take a little sauce from the frying pan and into it stir the thickener or flour and pour back).
In the pan where the broth, add the contents of the pan with kiwi, mix well, season to taste with salt, pepper black and red.
The pork is served with sauce, garnish boiled potatoes or pasta (I'm more Mac like). Bon appetit!
