Easter bread
Want to bring to your attention the recipe of bread, which having tasted, I was ecstatic! Gorgeous appearance, delicate, airy crumb, wonderful flavor! Loaf, despite the impressive size, almost weightless! The proportions of the dough is perfect we did not need to adjust. This bread will be decoration for the Easter table! I highly recommend to bake, you will not regret!

Ingredients

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Yeast

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    850 g

  • Hazelnuts

    1 handful

  • Pumpkin seeds

    1 handful

Cooking

In warm water dissolve yeast with a tablespoon of sugar, cover and leave for 30 minutes. Here's a cap of yeast rose in half an hour.

Heat over low heat the milk with the remaining sugar and butter until dissolved.

In a separate bowl with a whisk beat 2 eggs, pour in vegetable oil and milk mixture with sugar.

Sift the flour, pour in it water with yeast, add a pinch of salt and knead the dough, adding the egg-milk mixture. Knead the dough and leave to rise for 1 hour. I divided the dough into two parts and Vymetal in HP.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Grease baking dish with butter, put in dough and let rise until doubled.

Risen bread to smear with a mixture of eggs, milk and a pinch of salt, sprinkle with chopped nuts and pumpkin seeds.

Bake the bread until cooked, 30-40 minutes.
