Description
Experiment with my favorite test. A very thin, crispy batter plus a win-win combination of mushrooms, onions and cheese will be like a lovely treat for guests and a favorite daily dish:)

Cooking
For the preparation of slience will need: -flour-250 gr. (+for rolling dough) -vegetable oil-1/2 Cup -water, room temperature-1/2 Cup -salt-pinch -sugar pinch -mushrooms or any other mushrooms to taste-about 800 grams -onions-1 large head -to taste cheese-350 g -egg for lubrication-1 PC
Slice the mushrooms into small cubes.
Onions also cut into small cubes.
On a dry pan WITHOUT OIL fry the mushrooms. Mushrooms, and so give enough juice during the heat treatment, so that the oil is not required. Add the chopped onion.
Mix well and fry on high heat until all the liquid evaporates from the mushrooms.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.
Mix the flour, oil, water, a pinch of salt and sugar.
Knead the dough. It gives a very soft, elastic, absolutely does not stick to hands.
Divide the dough into 12 parts.
Take one portion of dough and roll out its prisypaya flour, very finely, so that the sheet is translucent, the size of the baking dish. The dough is very well behaved at work, so don't be afraid to roll-it is not torn.
In a greased and dusted baking dish lay out a layer of dough with rolling pin. So roll out another 2 sheets and lay them on top of each other in the form. Total at the bottom should be three sheets of dough.
On top spread half of the mushrooms with the onions.
Cover them with two layers of rolled out dough.
Then spread half of the grated cheese.
Cover it again with three sheets of dough, then the remaining mushrooms, then two layers of dough, again remaining cheese, and close all two layers of dough. Top Saenko lubricated raw egg.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes until Golden brown.
Sloane delicious both hot and cold. The dough is thin, crispy. When this holds the stuffing, nothing breaks.
