Boil the rice. Pumpkin flesh cut into cubes. Grate the zest of half a lemon.
Pumpkin slices, pour hot water, cover and cook for ten minutes. Add milk. Meanwhile, on a preheated with oil pan, put the washed raisins, allow to swell, fried on low heat.
Combine with rice, grated zest, sprinkle with lemon juice (1-2 tbsp) on low heat, stirring occasionally, fry for a minute.
Add the pumpkin, bring to a boil, 3-5 minutes remove from heat. Add the honey to the finished porridge.
