Buns for sandwiches
Let the normal rolls for sandwiches will turn into lovely turtles and then they certainly will be delicious!

    2 tsp

    0.5 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Vegetable oil

Warm kefir or yogurt stir 2 tsp sugar, add the yeast and cover until bubbles. Next to the sourdough mix with vegetable oil, salt, half the eggs, water and flour. Flour may need more or less. Knead soft, elastic dough, cover with cling film and leave to rise for about 1 hour. The dough should double in size. Then the dough again knead. Cut a piece of it the size of the average muffin and roll into a ball - it will be the turtle's shell. Cut a smaller piece and twist it from the wiring, to divide it into 5 parts. One part more - this is the head of a turtle and 4 smaller - it will be legs.
