step-0
It is assumed that the Pytt i Panna is a rich dish in a hurry. The basis of it is potatoes, onions and meat. Usually take any meat that is available in the fridge (even better if several kinds of meat). Here are the products we need.
step-1
In the refrigerator of any Swede always have frozen meatballs from the supermarket. Since I'm not a Swede, had to sculpt itself. For this I needed a quarter chicken breast, egg and onion. Cooked minced salt, season and fry tiny pieces (half a teaspoon) in a skillet.
step-2
Here are masopusti we need.
step-3
We need a deep pan. Cut onion into fairly large cubes and fry it until transparent. Remove it into a bowl and in the pan put the potatoes.
step-4
The potatoes should be diced the same size as the onion. Fry it, add salt to taste.
step-5
Perfectly complement a dish of cured meats. It can be sausage or smoked meat. Cut meats on the same pieces as the potatoes and onions.
step-6
Once the potatoes are ready, return to the pan the onion, add chopped meats, meatballs. Sprinkle with your favorite spices and herbs. All, the basis for pitt and Panna is ready.
