Description
I do not, if at least once a week do not cook the fish. In fact, we fish two days on the third. I love this recipe. For this dish you can use any sea fish with dense white flesh. Pollock, hake, haddock - ideal options. The fish is tasty, tender, with a fragrant sauce. Complex ingredients and unnecessary movements, no brand, and the result will delight You and your family. Cheese can be easily replaced by home-made cheese, for example.

Cooking
Fish cut into portions.
Lay pieces of fish in a fireproof dish, season with salt and pepper.
Chop the onion and garlic. On hot oil then the onion until soft.
Add garlic, dried Basil and paprika.
Pour the Apple juice, simmer for a few minutes.
Add the tomatoes with their juice. I have tomatoes already chopped if whole, gently mash them with a fork.
Bring to boil, simmer with the lid closed on low heat for 10 minutes. Season with salt. Add sugar to taste, 1-2 pinch.
Received sauce to cover the fish.
On top lay the cubes of cheese, slightly sinking them in the sauce. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20-30 minutes, depending on the capabilities of Your brass camera.
Serve it as a main hot dish, such as rice or potatoes.
Or fully cooled, which is also very tasty.
