Beef in a spicy sauce
Soft, tender beef with the rich, creamy taste, with a subtle hint of blue cheese. And soy sauce from TM "Kikkoman" makes it just amazing.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Black pepper

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Adjika

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Blue cheese

    50 g

  • Salt

Boiled beef cut into pieces. Form grease with oil, pour 3 tablespoons of water and put the beef.

Mix cream, soy sauce "Teriyaki" from "Kikkoman", adjika, garlic and grated cheese.

Pour the meat with the mixture.

Bake at t= 180 for about 40 mins until Golden brown. Serve immediately with any side dish.
