All relate differently to this dish as the pork legs. Different opinions from love to hate. But if you're a fan, and even more professional - then you will appreciate this hearty recipe for the cold fall!

  • Carrots

  • Garlic

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Sour cream

    200 ml

  • Garlic

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Tabasco

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Sauce

    150 ml

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Horseradish

    2 tsp
