Pecan pie
I dedicate this walnut pie all the "residents" of our beloved site! Powerade, my dear, I love you all very very much!!! Thank you for being there!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3.5 cup

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Walnuts

    1 cup

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    11 g

Cooking

Melt butter, mix with yeast and milk. Let the yeast dissolve well. Add the sugar, eggs, brandy.

Chop the nuts.

Nuts add to the dough flour. Mix well.

The dough is put into shape and leave to rise for 30-50 minutes. Bake for 45 minutes at 220 degrees.

This has turned into a pie.
