Greek donuts
Doughnuts - simple and easy.

Ingredients

  • Jam

  • Honey

  • Flour

    3.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    60 g

Cooking

Bred yeast in warm water,

Add milk, sugar, salt, oil

And at the end flour.

Put the dough in a warm place to increase in volume twice. When the dough rises, mix well.

Pour oil (much to the donuts could swim) to the pan and put it on the stove, take a spoonful of batter and drop in hot oil, with a spoon every time you dip into a glass of vodoi.

Fry the donuts until Golden brown.
