Cooking
Prepare the dough for pancakes.
Mix the flour with the yeast. In a deep bowl pour warm milk, break the egg, put salt and sugar. Whip with a whisk (or mixer) until smooth. Then add the flour and yeast. Again mix until smooth. The batter should be not too thick, the pancakes were not too thick.
Put the pancake dough in a warm place for 40-60 minutes to make it "fit."
While the dough is "perfect", they make the filling and fill for casseroles.
In a deep bowl put corn, chopped tomatoes, chopped greens, sliced ham and boiled chicken breast. Add cream cheese and mix. Taste, if necessary add salt.
To fill in a deep bowl pour the milk, break the egg, add grated on a coarse grater cheese, flour and salt. Mix well.
When the dough came, bake pancakes. I bake in the pan, oiling it before each pancake brush with vegetable oil. Casserole I will be making a rectangular shape 28 x 15 cm For casseroles I need 6 pancakes. The diameter of my pan is 22 cm of Dough is enough for about 10 pancakes (in case if something will burn or eat before getting into a casserole).
When all the pancakes are ready, make a "pancake envelopes". In the centre of each pancake, spread 3-4 tbsp of the filling.
Then fold the pancakes envelope.
Begin to form a casserole. Lightly lubricate the form of vegetable (or butter) oil. On the bottom pour in a couple tablespoons of filling.
Put all the "pancake envelopes" in the form tightly to each other.
On top pour the remaining filling.
The form with the casserole put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. Diner pie "Pancake" is ready! Served to the table, laying out plates a La carte "envelopes". Bon appetit!
