Fried carp
Fried carp... what are tasty fried crucian on a frying pan - crispy fish with Golden brown! I want to share with you, the cooks, our way of cooking. Very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Carp

    2 kg

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    200 ml

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

Cooking

Carp thoroughly cleaned of scales and viscera, remove the black film, wash. Make incisions with a sharp knife. Season with salt and pepper

Fry in butter

Two sides to a nice Golden brown.

Cover. Onions are steamed and are soft and not so bitter. Fry the second batch of fish
