A delicious dish prepared with spring vegetable mixture, rice and minced meat. Cooking is very simple, and the result is very tasty.

Cooking
1. Prepare vegetable-based. Boil the rice until soft. The water is not salt.
2. A mixture of vegetables put in pan with preheated oil (2 tbsp). Fry until cooked, stirring, for 5-7 minutes, adding seasoning and salt to taste.
3. The cooked vegetable mixture, add the rice. 2-3 tbsp. water, dilute 1 tsp of turmeric and pour into the pan, doselevel, stir and tormented for 1-2 minutes on low heat. Vegetable base!
4. Coarsely cut onions, put in pan and fry in hot oil (1-2 tbsp) until transparent.

7. Then shift the meat in a blender, add one egg, mix and grind. The meat will be much softer.
