Description
Very tasty, juicy and nourishing dish! Fish stuffed with rice and onions, fried in melted butter. But the main taste to this dish gives a spicy sauce, which was marinated fish. Well, the filling is just yum!

Cooking
Fish to clean, gut and remove the gills. I took the mirror carp, but you can take any other fish which you like. But carp all the same turns out especially tasty. Prepare marinade: mix olive oil, Kikkoman soy sauce, spices, salt, pepper, lemon juice. Stir well
Grate a good carp on the top and in the abdomen. Set aside to marinate.
While the fish is marinating, prepare the stuffing: onion cleaned, cut into strips and fry in ghee. Turn off the heat, add soy sauce, Kikkoman, mix well.
Boil the rice in lightly salted water, drain the water. Mix it with fried onions.
Put in the oven bag, add remaining rice (like a lot of toppings and garnish), bring to.
Bake in preheated oven at 180-200 degrees for about an hour. In about 45 minutes the package is cut, and cut the fish lengthwise, leave the bake to brown the top.
My husband immediately "grabbed" himself half fish with head and tail left us with her daughter.
And the smell was.... mind-blowing!
