I want to share a great recipe for meatballs! Extremely tasty, tender and flavorful!!! Worth a try!

Cooking
In boiling water omit squid (one) for literally 3-5 seconds. Under running water clean the squid and remove the spine. While the squid is cooling, cook the rice (until fully cooked).
My mushrooms, finely chop. Cleaned onion and finely chop. Fry on the pan. Cool.
The cooled squid cut into small pieces, add the mushrooms with onions. Cheese also cut into small pieces and add to the squid. All of this translates into the mince using a blender, food processor or meat grinder.
To the received forcemeat add the egg and cooked rice.
That's the lot we got (if the mass turned out watery, add some breadcrumbs and mix). Form patties and coat in breadcrumbs (flour+breadcrumbs). In a pan pour a little vegetable oil, put the patties and fry until a weak Golden color with two sides without a cover. Then again turn patties and cover with a lid. Fry until Golden brown on both sides (a total flip burgers twice on each side).
These are the burgers we got!!!
Delicious in hot or iced!!!
