We love the chicken breast! In different variations and incredible forms. This variant of chicken breast stuck long, seemingly forever. The kids loved it! The chicken is fading away. Try, dear Cooks!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    4 piece

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Chicken breast thoroughly washed and cut into strips.

In the bowl mix yogurt, spoonfuls of mayonnaise and ginger. Add 3 tablespoons of sesame oil.

Put a chicken breast. Mix well. Season with salt to taste. To close the foil and put into the fridge for an hour!!!

Prepare a grill pan and sear the breast on both sides!!!

Very tasty serve this chicken breast with a salad of tomatoes+avocado and red onion with sesame oil! Stunning combination!

The chicken turns out incredibly juicy and tender! Never be compared with a normal breast on the grill... Try it!
