Description
Amazing pork yakibuta included in the list of 50 most delicious dishes in the world (according to CNN). This is a great snack or perfect hot. Stewed in a colourful spicy marinade, the meat becomes dark and very aromatic, resembles smoked. It prepares very simple, and as a result pork as if slightly podvyalivayut and did not spoil even without refrigeration. This unusual recipe I learned in the book of Elena Chekalova.

Cooking
Peel the ginger and thinly slice. Clean the onion and cut into quarters, the garlic, peel and crush with flat blade of knife
A piece of pork to pierce to the depth in several places with tip of a knife so the marinade will permeate the meat better
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the marinade.
For the marinade I took soy sauce TM Kikkoman.
Put the meat in a tightly closing plastic bag and pour in the marinade. You should try to remove from the package all the air and tightly close it. Place the bag on a plate and refrigerate – preferably overnight. In any case, you need to marinate the meat for at least 3 hours. During this time, at least once better to turn the bag so the marinade is evenly distributed
Preheat the oven to 220°C. to Get the meat from the marinade and put it in a deep baking dish. Pour a little marinade. Bake the pork at a high temperature for 12 minutes, then turn over, just a little more to moisten with marinade and bake for the same amount.
During this time the remaining marinade bring to a boil. Reduce oven temperature to 120°C. Pour the remaining hot pork marinade and bake, without closing anything, and a half to two hours, turning every 30 minutes. To get the meat out of the oven and leave to cool in the marinade from time to time turning it.
Cut a piece of meat and coat with part of the marinade. Folded into the container. Remaining marinade strain and pour into a jar (it can be used as a sauce for rice, potatoes, pasta and eggplant). Served as an appetizer or hot. Bon appetit!
