In Polish this pie is called "Murzynek". There are many ways to prepare this wonderful cake, every housewife has its own secrets. In this embodiment, the cake turns out very tender, a bit melting in my mouth. I want to say that Murzynek - baking is very easy and simple to prepare, it will master even the young mistress. And rich chocolate flavor of the cake, especially in the autumn-winter period, in the company of your favorite tea (or coffee) will give you great pleasure!

Cooking

step-0
Chicken eggs whisk (severely beat is not necessary!).
step-1
Add the yogurt and mix thoroughly. (Instead of yogurt you can use milk, buttermilk or water. Yogurt cake will be more moist. With water - more dry and light in weight. )
step-2
The softened butter beat on high speed of mixer. Continuing to whisk, gradually in small portions add sugar. Egg-yogurty mass, add in butter and mix thoroughly.
step-3
Mix the flour, cocoa, vanilla and baking powder, sift.
step-4
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir. You can use a mixer on low speed. For highlights, instead of salt, I used sweet soy sauce, Kikkoman, mix well.
step-5
Pour the batter into a greased form (I have a rectangular size 28 to 12 cm). Bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Readiness check wooden skewer.
step-6
To give the cake to cool completely, to get out of shape and sprinkle with the optional powdered sugar.
