Pasties
The site has a great many different recipes for this dish, but these are pasties firmly taken root in my family! Try it and You!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Alcohol

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Sauce-marinade

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mint

    1 sprig

  • Parsley

    1 sprig

  • Basil

    1 sprig

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    150 ml

Cooking

Mix equal proportions of minced lamb and veal. Finely chop and fry the onion (in the process of roasting salt and pepper it). Seasoning sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman"

Greens, tomato, red pepper and garlic finely chop. Add the mixture to the mince and stir well.

Soft butter to dissolve a Cup of boiling water. In flour, add a couple pinches of salt and gradually adding it to the butter mixture, knead a soft, elastic dough. In the process of kneading add in the dough alcohol, diluted with water, or vodka. Cover with a towel and let rest for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into 12 parts. On floured surface roll each piece of dough into a thin cake in half put the slice of minced meat, cover with the second half, to take the edge and seal with a fork.

Vegetable oil to heat in a frying pan, put the pasties in a minute and slightly reduce the heat. This will allow pasties to fry and not burn.

And here is the result! Thin, crispy and very tasty batter and dripping with fragrant juice toppings!
